Paul Richard Osborne, 68, died May 8, 2011, at his home.
He was born in Louisville, Ky., and lived in Sebastian for 18 years, coming from Wallkill, N.Y.
He served in the Army during the Vietnam era and served with military police.
He was a member of the Handy Man Club and the Parkland Masonic Lodge in Louisville, Ky.
He also was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local 110 in Louisville and Local 38 in Peekskill, N.Y.
Survivors include his son, Richard Brent Osborne, of Matthews, N.C.; daughter, Ellen Olsen Gaussiran, of Anderson, S.C.; brother, Robert Osborne, of Lexington, Ky.; sister, Patricia Douglas, of Crossville, Tenn.; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Clarence Osborne.
No services are planned.
