Joseph I. Richardson, 88, of Vero Beach, died Monday, Feb. 21, 2011, at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
Richardson was born March 4, 1922, in Trenton, N.J.
He had been a resident of Vero Beach since 1983, moving from Hamilton Square, N.J.
He worked as a residential builder in N.J. and he was a veteran, serving in World War II.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Alice Marie Richardson, brothers, William Richardson & Robert Richardson.
Survivors include his daughters, Sharon Richardson, of Palm Beach Gardens; Terry Cokinos, of Sebastian; Patricia Richardson, of Hamilton, N.J.; Alice Gerber, of Sebastian; Lisa Adams, of Mercerville, N.J.; brothers, Richard Richardson, of Columbus, N.J. and Raymond Richardson, of Pembroke Pines; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
There are no services at this time.
