Glen M. White, 70, died Feb. 5, 2011, at the VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach.
He was born in Tioga, Pa., and lived in Indian River County for six years, coming from Albuquerque, N.M.
Before retirement, he repaired vacuum cleaners, sewing machines and other appliances.
He served in the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy White, of Albuquerque; daughters, Debbie Valdez, of Farmington, N.M., and Glenda Floyd, of Albuquerque; son, Roderick White, of Albuquerque; brothers, Roger, of Vero Beach and Paul, of Cameron Mills, N.Y.; sisters, Anita Vanzile, of Middlebury, Pa., Patricia Waring, of Addison, N.Y., and Carolyn Andrews, of Woodhull, N.Y.; friend, Judy Ryan, of Sebastian; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Dale and Franklin White.

A memorial service will be in Woodhull at a later date.
