I Love Vero Beach Plein Air Paint Out & Sale Feb 11-13

VERO BEACH – More than 50 artists will paint outdoors all around Vero Beach on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, February 11-13.  As paintings are completed, they will be framed and delivered to the “Plein Air Gallery” located under the tent on the grounds of the Masonic Lodge at 19th place and 14th Avenue in historic downtown Vero Beach.  All artwork will be for sale, with proceeds benefiting both the artists and the Cultural Council of Indian River County.  The gallery will be open all three days.

You can also learn about Vero Beach’s history and historic landmarks.  On Friday morning join historian Joan Edwards for a free historical narrative and walking tour of downtown.  Meet on the steps of the Indian River County Courthouse across from the parking garage (2000 16th Avenue) at 9:45 am to join the tour.

The public is also invited to a Reception and Sale on Sunday from 1 to 4 pm at the Plein Air Gallery.  Meet the artists, purchase raffle tickets (3 for $5) before the 3 pm drawing for a chance to win a beautiful painting of Vero Beach’s Heritage Center by Dawn Mill.
