Terry Allen Blythe, 46, died Dec. 29, 2010, at Sebastian River Medical Center, Roseland.
He was born in Greenup County, Ky., and lived in Sebastian for eight years, coming from Melbourne.
He was a self-employed automobile mechanic. He served in the Army.
Survivors include his companion of 15 years, Robin Montoya, of Sebastian; sons, Jamie Blythe, Jonathan Blythe and Ryan Blythe, all of Titusville, Kyle Blythe, of Jacksonville, Ark., Matthew Blythe, of Missouri, Travis Blythe, of Cottonwood and Coby Montoya, of Pennsylvania; daughters, Ashalea Gray, of Vero Beach, Brianna Montoya, of Connecticut, Ariana Montoya, of Melbourne, and Lorena Blythe, of Titusville; mother, Ruth E. Blythe, of Sebastian; brothers, Tony Blythe, of Morrisville, N.C., and Steve Blythe, of Winter Park; sisters, Jennifer Carr, of Vero Beach, Brenda Blythe, of Sebastian and Rosa Horton, of Lexington, Ky.; half-brother, Charlie Cottle, of Portsmouth, Ohio; half-sister, Michelle Morris, of Portsmouth; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Tanner Montoya and Joshua Blythe; sister, Tammy Morris; and father, Everett William Blythe.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Jan. 5 at Strunk Funeral Home Sebastian, with Kent Hawkins of Cornerstone Christian Church officiating.
