VERO BEACH — The 8th Annual Hibiscus Festival, benefiting Main Street Vero Beach and Vero Heritage, Inc. and held in historic downtown Vero Beach, will be held April 15 and 16, 2011, but if you are interested in attending or participating in what is expected to be the best Festival to date, their newly designed website, created by webmaster Sharon Morgan, is what you need to see.
By going online and visiting www.Hibiscusfestival.org, you will find a list of all the activities that will be held, the sponsors who are underwriting many of the activities, and various participation forms that are easy to fill out and submit.
Some new events this year, added to the crowd favorites from year’s past, include a Doggy Easter Parade, a Chinese Auction of affordable goods and services inside the Heritage Center, the sale of Eco-friendly Shopping Bags designed by artist Barbara Sharp, and historical displays and exhibits.
