VERO BEACH — “Talent through the Years” will be the program for the Indian River Genealogical Society’s Tuesday, December 14 meeting. IRGS members and guests will discuss and display their ancestors’ talents whether it be visual arts and crafts, stage and musical callings, literature and poetry, and of course culinary. The public is invited to this free celebration of the holidays and remembrance of our ancestors’ talents and creativity. A brief business session, including election of officers, will convene at 9:30 a.m. in the large first floor conference room of the Indian River County Main Library, 1600 21st Street, Vero Beach. Everyone will enjoy delicious refreshments, most homemade from family recipes. The program will begin about 10:45 a.m.
The Indian River Genealogical Society meets at 9:30 a.m. on second Tuesdays, September through May, at the IRC Main Library. All IRGS general meetings are free and open to the public.
