VERO BEACH — Tea Enthusiasts Take Note: The loose association of Mad Potters of Vero Beach is proud to announce its third annual teapot extravaganza.
The opening night reception is Tuesday, December 7 from 6 to 9 p.m. in the lobby of the old Vero Beach Theatre Plaza, 2040 14th Avenue in historic Downtown Vero Beach.
Following the evening of the reception the teapot exhibit will move two doors down to Tea & Chi, located at 2044 14th Avenue, Pueblo Arcade. The exhibit will be on display in the front window of Tea & Chi through December 30, perfect for your tea fanciers’ holiday gift.
The group will be showing and selling teapots of every size and shape, from the functional to the conceptual and the conservative to the whimsical. All teapots displayed are one-of-a-kind pieces, handcrafted by local artists and all will be available for sale.
Teapot collectors and art enthusiasts are invited to this celebration of the teapot form. Have a drink and snack, peruse and enjoy all the teapot possibilities that only a mad potter’s mind could create.
The event is sponsored in part by the Tea & Chi and Sean Clinton Creative Services, Inc.
