VERO BEACH – The Indian River County Healthy Start Coalition is pleased to announce that it will again hold its signature event, Dancing with Vero’s Stars during the 2010-11 social season. The event will take place on Saturday, March 12 at the Waxlax Center for Performing Arts in Vero Beach, at St. Edward’s Upper School.
Co-Chairs of DWVS 2011 are Rebecca Emmons, Attorney at Law and winner of last’s years dancing competition, and Joe Robinson, a member of the Coalition’s Board of Directors.
Dancing with Vero’s Stars was a wonderful success during the event’s first and second productions, and the third celebration of this fundraiser will feature many special ingredients. The list of dancers will soon be announced. Once selected, dancers will immediately begin training with their instructors, who are donating more than 20 hours of dance, rehearsal and completion time towards this fundraiser.
The Healthy Start Coalition provides all parents with any income level access to early childhood development and prenatal care services, local resources, personal support and the help they need to give their baby the best possible start in life. Being a great parent is part natural and part learned. Please support this event and at the same time support the children, who are our future!
