VERO BEACH — Get the chance to work out with a former NFL player and help a great cause at the same time at an event from 6 to7 p.m. Wednesday, October 27 at the Jungle Club. Non-members who donate at least five pounds of food to the Jungle Club’s food drive will earn a free workout session with football great Kenny Holmes.
After a brief meet and greet when Holmes will talk about his career as a player in the NFL and his candidacy for District 4 County Commissioner, he will lead participants through a work out session. The workout is designed for all ages (18+), and may include cardio activity, free weights, and resistance machine training.
This event is held in conjunction with the Jungle Club’s “Feed Your Community, Fund Your Fitness” campaign to collect 3,000 pounds of food for the Harvest Food & Outreach Center. If you just want the opportunity to meet Kenny Holmes and hear his plans for our community, feel free to still participate and help put food on the table for those who need it.
Jungle Club is located at 1060 6th Ave., in Vero Beach.
