Harvey Francis Dann, 88, of Sebastian, died Thursday, Sept. 30, 2010.
He was born in Bloomfield, N.J., on April 12, 1922, and has lived in Sebastian for 27 years coming from Tom’s River, N.J. Harvey was the owner of Harvey F. Dann Plumbing and Heating in Bloomfield, N.J. He was a World War II veteran serving in the United Coast Coast Guard in the Pacific.
Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Fay; daughter, Pat Battersby, of Wildwood; son, James Dann, of Hamburg, N.J.; step daughters Susan Improta, of Bonita Springs, and Claire Difazio, of Johnston, R.I.; four grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, six step great-grandchildren, and brothers Robert Dann, of Fort Lauderdale and William Dann, of Pennsylvania.
Services will be handled privately.
