When I was starting this profession all I heard were stories of people traveling out of the country getting great photos of lands far away.
If you haven’t discovered it yet, we live in a beautiful area. You can get great photos 10 feet from your door. The most relaxing thing I do is step outside into my backyard and just look.
Have you ever just stopped and looked at your world? It’s a pretty amazing place.
If you like to photograph wildlife, there is no shortage. If you like to create portraits, there is no lack of character in this area.
