VERO BEACH — This summer Gifford Youth Activity Center will offer camp programs infused with plenty of fun-filled recreational activities, while focusing on character development, decision making skills, literacy, academic retention, and much more. The power of this fresh, innovative approach is unlimited.
Walter M. Jackson Haven Camp 2010 for students entering grades 1-12 will include three hours each day of academic instruction followed by an afternoon of fun activities. The program will be held 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, June 14 – August 20. The cost is $40 per week for the first child and a sliding scale for each additional child in the same family. Camp registration fee includes lunch, skating, bowling, and all field trips.
Applications are available now and will be accepted with the first week’s payment. Enrollment is limited and spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
