Catherine J. “Kay” Bollmann, 62, died March 24, 2010, at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center, Fort Pierce. She was born in Buffalo, N.Y., and was a winter resident of Vero Beach for two years. She graduated from Meyer Memorial Hospital Nursing School. She worked as a licensed practical nurse for 40 years and was employed by Park Creek Senior Living, Amherst, N.Y. Survivors include her husband Arthur G. Bollmann; sons, Jeffrey Cox of Jupiter and Michael Cox of Jacksboro, Tenn.; daughter, Jill Scherer of Tonawanda, N.Y.; twin sister, Claire Meyer of Amherst; brother, Craig Evans of Hamburg, N.Y.; and six grandchildren.
