Monique B. Parmentier Wisner, 94, died March 18, 2010, in Fort Pierce. She was born in Quebec, Canada, and lived on the Treasure Coast for 40 years, coming from Rhode Island.
She was a fashion illustrator for department stores. She also was an artist and seamstress.
Survivors include her husband of 10 years, Russ Wisner of Vero Beach; daughters, Monique Shope of Fort Pierce, Alberta Deberghes of Wrentham, Mass., and Elyse Parmentier of New York City; son, Albert Parmentier Jr. of Fort Pierce; seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one grandchild and one great-grandchild.
