Peter L. Paskowski, 66, died Feb. 20, 2010.
He was born in Salem, Mass., and lived in Vero Beach.
He attended the University of Massachusetts and was employed for many years with General Electric Co., GTE Sylvania, Mobil Solar Corp. and Ryan Racing in Massachusetts.
He served on the the Salem City Council in the late 1990s and the board of directors of the Village Green Homeowners Association and was a communicant at the St. John of the Cross Catholic Church, Vero Beach.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, John and Dina Paskowski, of Danvers,, Mass.; daughter of California; brother, Thomas Paskowski of Nevada; fiance, Jackie McKenna of Vero Beach; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his infant son; brother, Paul Paskowski; and sister, Joan Rochon.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. March 6 at St. John the Baptist Church, Salem. Burial will be private in Greenlawn Cemetery.
