VERO BEACH — More than 210 talented artists will participate in the 59th Annual Under the Oaks Fine Arts and Crafts Show which runs from Friday, March 12 through Sunday, March 14 at Riverside Park in Vero Beach. This Treasure Coast mainstay art show is put on by the Vero Beach Art Club. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
All participants are juried before being in the show and must exhibit “originals only” artwork. Florida Monthly Magazine deems this show the “Best Arts & Crafts Show in Florida” and Sunshine Artist ranks it “57th in the Top 200 Shows in the Nation.”
Situated among the stately Oaks in Riverside Park and across the street from the Vero Beach Museum of Art, this free event is a visitor and artist favorite. Show co-chairs are Sharon Sandel and Chris Pierce.
This is the 59th year the Vero Beach Art Club has presented “Under the Oaks” and over 80,000 visitors attend the three-day art show each year.
Due to city park restrictions, no pets will be allowed in the park or left unattended in vehicles.
