City of Vero Beach taking donated items for Haiti

VERO BEACH — The City of Vero Beach will be collecting items to help those in need after the devastating earthquake in Haiti at City Hall in the main lobby, 1053 20th Place, Vero Beach.

There is an urgent need for these items:

Bandages,

Gauze,

Surgical Tape,

Splints,

Antibiotics,

Rubbing Alcohol,

Betadine Solution,

Dried Beans,

Cereal and Cereal Bars,

Rice,

Peanut Butter,

Soap,

Toothpaste,

Hygiene Items,

Washcloths and Towels

The non-perishable food and First Aid supplies will be airlifted by Missionary Flights International to earthquake victims in Haiti.
