Barbara Laura Brazina, 60, died Jan. 18, 2010, at Indian River Medical Center.
She was born in Bronx, N.Y., and moved to this area six years ago from Jersey City, N.J. Most recently she worked for Piper Aircraft as a data analyst.
Prior to that, she was an executive in the fashion industry in New York City for 25 years, working for Sak’s Fifth Avenue and Adrien Vitadini. She was a board member for the Sebastian Exchange Club and was active member of the American Cancer Society . She was a graduate of Elmira College in New York.
Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Joseph; son, Joseph Jr. of Sebastian; brothers, Nicholas O’Han of New York City, N.Y., John O’Han Jr. of Rhinebeck, N.Y., Joseph O’Han of Red Hook, N.Y., and Robert O’Han of Raleigh, N.C.; ands three sisters, Janice Gallarano of Sebastian, Alice Lloyd of Morristown, N.J., Carol Chestney of Rhinebeck.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Barbara O’Han. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society , 3375 20th St., Vero Beach, FL 32960.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Jan. 22 at Seawinds Funeral Home in Sebastian with a wake service at 7 p.m.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Jan. 23 at St. Sebastian Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Sebastian Cemetery.
