SEBASTIAN — Authorities are working a scene near the intersection of Laconia Street and Granduer Avenue shortly after 2 p.m. Thursday where an armed robbery left a victim stabbed in his abdomen, according to reports.
The victim is receiving treatment, according to authorities. The extent and severity of the stab wound of the victim was not immediately known.
The suspect is described as a skinny black male wearing a red Starter cap and might be carrying a black and brown briefcase. He was last seen heading on foot westbound on Grandeur Avenue from Laconia Street.
At least one K-9 unit and a helicopter have been deployed to search for the suspect.
