Exploration Station, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 12 at the Gifford Middle School, is presented in partnership with the Education Foundation of Indian River County and the Environmental Learning Center.
This mini-science conference, offered to fourth to fifth grade parents and students, offers a hands-on approach that teaches how to create a winning science fair project by applying the scientific method. Space is limited to 100 students per session. Participating schools’ science coordinators will begin taking reservations on Monday, August 25, 2009.
