Edward James Wiltsie Jr., 68, of Sebastian, died Aug. 11, 2009, at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach. He was born in Staten Island, N.Y., and lived in Sebastian for nine years coming from his birthplace.
He was a Trouble Shooter for Con Edison for 37 years. He served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Great Kills Yacht Club in Staten Island, N.Y. Survivors include his daughters, Karen Rapallo, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., Deborah Barry, of Cary, N.C.; sisters, Janet Hawanczak, of Port Orange, Fla., Evelyn Wiltsie, of Sebastian; companion, Diane Fiorello, of Sebastian; and four grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5 – 6 p.m., Aug. 13, at the Strunk Funeral Home, Sebastian. A funeral service will be held at 6 p.m., in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Joe Generazlio officiating, followed by Military Honors conducted by the Sebastian Area Veterans’ Honor Guard.
