Photography is so embedded in my soul I think that until I visually reported about the Friday farmers market in Vero Beach my body was having an adverse reaction to not working. Is it in the air? Is it something in my home? No on both accounts, I was apparently allergic to not working.I know what most of you are thinking right now: “I thought the saying was ‘I’m allergic to work.'” It’s not true in my case.Photography is so embedded in my soul I think that until I visually reported about the Friday farmers market in Vero Beach my body was having an adverse reaction to not working.Loving what I do for a living is one of the most fulfilling parts of my life right now. I almost would rather work than go on vacation (don’t tell my boss.)My in-laws say I just play instead of work. They’re partially correct. The work part comes in when I’m carrying 30 pounds of equipment in 95-plus degree heat. So if there are any aspiring photojournalists with strong backs give me a call, then I can play and they can learn.
