Kathaleen A. Inman, 60, formerly of Vero Beach

Kathaleen A. Inman, 60, died June 15, 2010, at Harper Hospice House in Stuart. She was born in Northville, Mich., and lived in Indiantown for seven years, coming from Vero Beach.

She graduated with a law degree from the University of Florida and practiced law in Vero Beach from 1993 to 2005. She was a former member of the Florida Bar Association.

Survivors include her husband, DeVere Inman of Indiantown; sons, DeVere Inman II of Port St. Lucie and Joe Rebele of Indiantown; daughters, Katie Rebele of Indiantown and Erin Inman of Port St. Lucie; sisters, Noreen Shelden, Marcia Dreffs and Vera Avery, all of Michigan; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Rosemary Elkow.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. June 25 at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home and Crematory, Vero Beach. A guestbook is available at lowtherfuneralhome.com.

Fellsmere among towns impacted by Hurricane Irma to get infrastructure award

Fellsmere is among several Florida towns that will receive an infrastructure award that will go toward restoration and improvement projects following the damage left behind by the 2017 Hurricane Irma, state officials said Friday. ‘Tragic, sudden loss,’ – Memorials emerge for teen killed in ATV crash

With the sudden death of Sebastian River High School student Jake Beecher still fresh, family, friends, teammates and coaches continue to come to terms with the tragic crash that took his life.
