Our Access to Justice Self Help Centers provide free supportive services to self-represented IRC litigants who are in need of assistance for:

  • Residential Evictions

  • Small Claims

Self Help Centers

The purpose of the IRC Self Help Centers is to assist self-represented litigants who are in need of forms review assistance for court approved forms and general information about court process, practice, and procedure.

An easy to use, confidential Legal Kiosk interface and self-help center staff will allow customers to find, complete, and submit forms and documents, schedule and attend attorney consultations by zoom, and appear remotely for hearings and other mandated appearances.

The personnel at the Access to Justice Indian River County Self Help Centers are not acting as your lawyer or providing legal advice to you.

What are Legal Kiosks?
