Yerian and free activities complement additional sales tax savings at the Treasure Coast’s premier outlet destination. \nVERO BEACH\, FL (July 19\, 2023) — Back to school is just around the corner in Florida\, and Vero Beach Outlets will celebrate the state’s two-week Tax-Free Holiday with a Family Fun Festival on Saturday\, July 29\, beginning at 11 am. \nEvents for the whole family will combine fun and education\, with several activities benefiting Coastal Connections\, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting coastal habitats for sea turtle survival by educating and connecting people to the environment. \n“Vero Beach Outlets provides massive savings to our shoppers all year long\, but the addition of a tax-free holiday will benefit them even more\,” said Karen Loeffler\, Marketing Manager at Vero Beach Outlets. “We’re so excited to combine those additional values with events and appearances that the whole family can enjoy and learn from together.” \nThe Family Fun Festival will kick off at 11 am. Mermaid Serena will take photos with the children and answer questions about life under the sea. At 12 noon\, Vero Beach Outlets invites families to explore a state-of-the-art Fire Engine and Police Vehicle and meet members of the Indian River County Fire and Police Departments\, who will be standing by to answer their questions. \nAt 1 PM\, author E.G. Yerian will preview her book Rayne’s (Wild!) Life Adventures\, A Wildlife Warrior Series.
