SUMMARY:Conversations on End of Life
DESCRIPTION:This is a free\, 3-part series on how to plan and care for loved ones at the end of life. The first session March 30th at 4 p.m. will be an open conversation about end of life challenges. The second session on April 20th at 12 noon will be a Doulagivers Level 1 Family Caregiver End of Life Training workshop where you will learn the most important things to know about caring for a loved one facing a terminal diagnosis or nearing the end of natural life. This session will feature an in-person visit from Suzanne O’Brien\, RN\, the visionary holistic nurse who has been a leading force in the United States and around the world\, in end of life planning education. The May 11th session at 4 p.m. will be a workshop on how to write your own Advance Directive that reflects your personal wishes for end-of-life care.
