SUMMARY:Sound Healing Full Moon Chakra Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Are you ready to experience these benefits? \n-deep relaxation\n-stress relief\n-calm emotions\n-a sense of peace in the body and mind\n-improved sleep\n-heightened awareness\n-clarity of mind\n-enhanced creativity\n-increased immunity\n-calming of the entire nervous system \nThe Full Moon is a powerful time to let go of what no longer serves us. A time to clear out negative energy\, old beliefs\, past hurts\, stuck emotions\, and other clutter from our body\, mind\, energy field\, and spirit. Allowing us to begin anew with clear intentions and balanced energy. Come release\, relax\, realign\, and balance the chakra’s/energy centers\, with the angelic tones of quartz crystal singing bowls\, chimes\, gongs\, specialized drums\, a monochord\, metallophone\, Reverie harp\, and more sound healing instruments. Each chakra\, or energy center in the body\, is associated with a different frequency or note. Each of the crystal singing bowls is tuned to one of these corresponding chakra frequencies. You will be gently guided through releasing negative energy and balancing each chakra of your body. Quartz crystal singing bowls have both the power and potential of quartz crystal and sound. We know through digital technology that quartz amplifies\, transforms\, stores\, focuses\, and transfers energy. While the bowls are being played the group will absorb these angelic sounds and vibrations into every cell of their body. The sound of the bowls will entrain the brain to the alpha and theta brainwave states for optimum healing\, balance\, creativity\, learning\, and relaxed awareness. \n*Limited to 5 people \nProper fitting masks that cover your nose and mouth and Social Distancing required. \nBecause this is a small group this Sound Healing is very intimate and personal as if it were a private Sound Healing session. Everyone has a lounge chair to lay down on in order to comfortably relax and absorb the healing sounds and vibrations. Bring your own blanket. \nTHIS EVENT WILL START PROMPTLY AT 7:00 PM. DOORS OPEN AT 6:45 AND WILL CLOSE AT 7:05. \n***** Please watch for an email from info@asoundhealing.com to follow\, with directions and parking information. \nPaid in advance when the reservation is made. THE OPINIONS EXPRESSSD ARE SOLELY THE ARTISTS AND DO NOT REFLECT THE OPINIONS OF MANAGEMENT\, THE VENUE\, SPONSORS OR PROMOTERS OF THIS TICKETED EVENT. \nNO ONE UNDER 21 WILL BE ADMITTED. \nIn this day of watered down comedy Nick Di Paolo’s brutally honest performances remind us of what great stand up should be – funny\, socially relevant and a little bit reckless. His strong political opinions and razor wit make him a perfect fit for talk radio. He currently hosts “The Nick Di Paolo Show” Mondays through Thursdays and has been featured on “The Nick Di Paolo Show” on SiriusXM\, and “The Nick & Artie Show” on DirectTV. \nHe has performed on The Tonight Show\, Late Night with David Letterman\, Jimmy Kimmel Live\, and Conan O’ Brien. He was twice nominated for an Emmy for his writing on HBO’s The Chris Rock Show. He has also had three half hour standup specials on Comedy Central\, and four one-hour specials: “A Breath of Fresh Air” (2019) and the wildly popular “Raw Nerve”\, “Another Senseless Killing” and “Inflammatory”. He was one of the stars on Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn and a stand out on many Comedy Central Roasts. \nNot limited to stand-up\, radio and writing\, he has had acting roles on FX’s Louie\, Inside Amy Schumer\, The Sopranos\, Cop Show and CK’s critically acclaimed Horace and Pete as well as many other sitcoms.
