The parade will step off at 10:00 a.m.\, traveling east on 21st Street before turning onto 14th Avenue and continuing to the Vero Beach Community Center. Spectators are welcome to view the parade along 14th Avenue between 21st Street and 23rd Street.\nThe fun doesn’t stop with the parade—participants can enter the Costume Contest\, which will be held inside the Community Center immediately following the parade.
