DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Valentine’s Day early by enjoying a delicious virtual Champagne & Chocolate Tasting on Thursday February 11 from 7 to 8 pm. The tasting is presented by the Scholarship Foundation of Indian River County in partnership with Bruno’s Fine Chocolate and Market in Vero Beach. Just imagine the delight in experiencing the swirl\, sip\, and taste of delightful bubbles and truffles knowing that your participation will help support a local student secure a college scholarship.\nScholarship Foundation of Indian River County is truly a grassroots effort. Dan Richardson and members of the Vero Beach Rotary Club gave birth to the concept of a locally-funded scholarship organization in 1964. Over the years\, SFIRC has awarded more than $12 million in need-based scholarships to over 3\,000 Indian River County students. For a number of these students\, it was the first time someone in their family attended college. \nThe sampling package of champagne\, sparkling bubbles and truffles will be delivered to your home prior to the event for your convenience. Cost is $150 a couple. Please mail a check payable to SFIRC\, P.O. Box 1820\, VB FL 32961 noting your contact information (we need your name\, physical address\, email and and phone number so we can contact you for delivering the package prior to the event).
