Plant to beware of and how to control them!

FreeThe Friends of St. Sebastian River, the Eugenia Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society, and the Environmental Learning Center will be holding a live and virtual workshop on invasive plants on Sunday, March 28th, 1:30pm. Please join us to learn what invasive plants are, why they are bad, how to identify them, plus some tips to help you control them in your yard. The event will be held in-person at the Environmental Learning Center, 255 Live Oak Dr., and concurrently online via Zoom. Due to COVID precautions, in-person attendance is limited to 20 people.
The live workshop will be followed by an invasive plant ID walk at the Environmental Learning Center. Additional walks will be held at other locations on Thursday, April 8th, 4pm and Saturday, April 10th, 2pm.
