Ospreys of Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge

The Pelican Island Conservation Society is celebrating National Wildlife Refuge Week and the Pelican Island NWR this month with an art show and other activities at the Environmental Learning Center, 255 Live Oak Dr., Vero Beach. The featured presentation will be the Ospreys of Pelican Island, a video documentary by Bob Montanaro, on Wednesday, October 16th, 6:30pm. Three years in the making, the video documents a pair of Ospreys throughout their nesting season at the Refuge. The presentation is free and open to everyone, with a suggested donation of $10/person.
