MHA 6-Week Mindfulness Course

A Psycho-Educational class consisting of 6 weekly 60-minute sessions to help you: improve ability to cope with symptoms of anxiety, depression, as well as feelings of irritability and restlessness, learn coping skills to effectively manage distressing emotions and situations, increase feelings of compassion towards one’s self, promote overall well-being.
