Conversation on End of Life

You are invited to a free series of workshops on “Conversations on End of Life” to learn how to plan for and care for dying loved ones. The first session October 10th at 4 p.m. will be an open conversation about end of life challenges. The second session on November 14th at 4 pm will be a Doulagivers Level 1 Family Caregiver End of Life Training workshop where you will learn everything you need to know about caring for a loved one facing a terminal diagnosis or nearing the end of natural life. At the third session Dec 12th, you will learn how to prepare advance directives that reflect you personal choices for end-of-life care. The workshops are led by Floradoula LLC, which provides certified end-of-life-doulas to assist patients and families in need of support planning for and at the time of end of life. Workshops are free but pre-registration is required by calling or emailing the Center for Spiritual Care.
