Bouncing Back: Recovering from Hurricane Irma and Preparing for the Future

A year after Hurricane Irma, families and individuals are still recovering from the storm. Catholic Charities has services available that can help you bounce back from the impact of the storm.

We are hosting a disaster preparation and recovery resource fair.

When: May 24th, 2019
Time: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Where: Indian River County Main Library
1600 21st Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960

All community residents are welcome! Attendees will receive FREE hurricane preparation kits (while supplies last)

Representatives from the following agencies will be on hand to discuss services: Treasure Coast Food Bank, Big Brothers Big Sisters, 211, Area Agency on Aging, Florida Rural Legal Services, and Indian River County Emergency Management.

Catholic Charities is still doing repairs on homes damaged by Hurricane Irma. If you or anyone you know is still dealing with damages, please come to the event or call us at 561-360-3324.
