AAUW Vero Beach February Book Review Breakfast

AAUW Vero Beach is pleased to have as our presenter writer Evelyn Mayerson. She is the author of many popular books, including: Miami: A Saga; The Cat Who Escaped from Steerage; Well and Truly; Princess in Amber; No Enemy but Time among others.

Ms Mayerson will review Their Eyes Were Watching God by Zora Neale Hurston, now a PBS Great American Read Top 100 Pick, has had a checkered past. It was out of print for nearly three decades before being reissued in 1978. Now it is a mainstay in African-American literature. (adapted from Amazon)
