Fun in the Sun to benefit SunUp ARC

VERO BEACH — Crush on Charity is Endless Summer Vineyard & Winery’s program to assist in raising awareness and funds for local area non-profit charities.

Sunday, July 21, is “Wine & Soul” day, and SunUp ARC is proud to have been chosen as the charity for that event. How fitting a theme for SunUp ARC, as no one has more soul than the individuals with Special Needs who we provide services for.

Get your friends together to enjoy the awesome tunes of “Hear it in the Grapevines” with Kurtis Wilson & Gregg Jackson. Kurtis and Gregg have recorded and preformed with the likes of Quincy Jones, The Temptations, Whitney Houston, The Four Tops, New Kids, Baby Face, Marilyn McCoo & Billy Davis Jr., and the list goes on.

Chef Sal will have his popular summer menu items back (Beef Nachos, Fish Dip & Crackers, Chicken Salad Sandwich or Plate, and Fruit, Veggie & Cheese Plate,) with advance tickets available soon on the website www.EndlessSummerWine.com.

Advance food tickets are recommended. There will be food available the day of, but it will cost a little more and will be on a first come first serve basis. Bringing your own picnic basket is an option, but no coolers, containers, or off premise beverages allowed.

For those of you who don’t want to just relax and enjoy the music, there will be corn holes, boccie ball, and bimini ring games available.

Be sure to check out the displays of photography paintings and arts & crafts made by the students of SunUp ARC. The winner of the largest group contest wins 2 bottles of wine.

The festivities begin at 3 p.m. and wind down at 6 p.m.

SunUp ARC will receive 100% of the voluntary admittance donations received on this fun-filled day.

Harvest Food and Outreach, Family Meals, SafeSpace, Save the Chimps, Lifebuilders, and Community Outreach Youth Program are a few of the other non-profit organizations that have participated in the Crush on Charity program.
