A recent article in a local publication reported that the zip code 32963 led the nation in supporting Mitt Romney in the last election. By contrast – there’s virtually no support for the current GOP nominee.
News reports indicate a growing list of former presidents and nationally recognized dignitaries who have either boycotted the GOP convention or have added their names to a list of those openly objecting to the current GOP nominee – most notably FOX celebrities: Charles Krauthammer and Michael Bloomberg.
In a must-read: the current issue of The New Yorker, July 25, 2016 carries an article by Jane Mayer entitled Trump’s Boswell Speaks – documenting an interview with Tony Schwartz the ghostwriter of “The Art of the Deal” – where Schwartz says “Trump is unfit to lead.”
Evidence is piling up that a growing number of disaffected GOP voters – have no place to go with their vote or financial support for this most critical presidential election of our lifetimes.
