Jane Meeker Stiastny, 90, of Vero Beach, passed away on March 7, 2016.
She is survived by her daughter Sue Schooler and her son Chuck Stiastny; granddaughters Jenni Forsstrom and Michelle Schooler; and great-grandchildren Zoe and Alex Forsstrom.
She was predeceased by her husband Robert Stiastny and sister Pat Sadeik.
Stiastny was a loving mother and wife.
She was born in Orange, N.J., and grew up in Maplewood, N.J.
Stiastny had attended Temple University and worked as a dental assistant in New Jersey.
She was a member of the Sunbonnet Sue Quilt Club.
Stiastny lived in Vero Beach since 1981, coming from Chatham, N.J.
A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
