Jerome Frank Sullivan, 68, of Sebastian, passed away on Nov. 17, 2015, at Sebastian River Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Mary Ann Sullivan of Sebastian; daughter Kathleen Parker (Eric) of Italy; son Michael Sullivan (Brandie) of Sebastian; grandchildren Kayla, Michael, Nichole, Alexis, Tyler, Matthew, Karly and Hannah and great-grandson, Axl.
Sullivan was born in Queens, N.Y., and lived in Sebastian since 1998 coming from Elmer, N.J.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served in Viet Nam where he earned the Combat Action Ribbon, Purple Heart, Vietnam Service Medal with four bronze stars and the Republic of Vietnam Meritorious Unit Citation among others.
He was a member of the Swift Boat Sailors Association and the Vietnam Veterans’ Motorcycle Club.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 23, 2015 at Strunk Funeral Home, Sebastian. Interment will take place at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015 at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Fla., with military honors.
