Jeanette Carlini Lamb, 73, of Sebastian, passed away on Oct. 10, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse, N.Y.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Edward J. Lamb; sons Edward J. Lamb (Su) of Princeton, N.J. and Matthew R. Lamb of DeRuyter Lake; granddaughter Kaitlyn Maya Lamb; sisters Mary Anne Singer, Port Orange, Fla., Frances Finley, Sanborn, N.Y., and Elaine Carlini-Davis, Ormand Beach, Fla.; brothers Orlando Carlini, DePew, N.Y. and Larry Carlini, Shaker Hieghts, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.
Lamb was born on Dec. 29, 1941, at Niagara Falls, N.Y., the daughter of Orlando and Anna Carlini.
She graduated from Niagara Falls High School and the State University College at Courtland, N.Y. Subsequently she earned a Master’s Degree pursuant to studies and Cortland and Niagara University.
Lamb taught mathematics at Lewiston Porter High School, North Syracuse High School, Onondaga Community College, and Fayetteville Manlius Schools. She voluntarily taught mathematics at Immaculate Conception School in Fayetteville, N.Y.
Calling hours for Lamb will be at Eaton-Tubbs Funeral Home, 7191 East Genesee St., Fayetteville, NY 13066 from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 14. Her funeral mass will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15 at Holy Cross Church, DeWitt, N.Y.
