VERO BEACH — A man was struck by a train Friday night in Vero Beach.
The unidentified male was hit by a train late Friday night, according to Vero Beach Spokesman Ofc. Anna Carden. The incident occurred at 20th Street and Commerce Avenue.
The man suffered injuries to both legs and was transported to Lawnwood Regional Medical Center, according to authorities. As of this morning he was still alive.
An FEC District Special Agent is now investigating, according to police.
