INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Police have arrested an Indian River County man accused of sexually battering a young boy.
Chauncy Jones, 21, is accused of forcibly restraining and having sex with a child who is under the age of 13, according to an arrest report.
Authorities were called to investigate the incident on Thursday.
Jones, 21, of the 2800 block of 41st Street in Vero Beach, now faces two felony charges including capital sexual battery and false imprisonment of a child under 13 years old.
He is being held at the Indian River County Jail without bond.
