INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — All southbound lanes on Interstate 95 are open after a crash around 11 a.m. closed one lane.
A vehicle overturned near the 150 mm, according to authorities. The Indian River County Fire Department, and Florida Highway Patrol responded.
Numerous crashes have affected traffic this morning as rain moves through the area.
