Georgia White, 86, of Vero Beach, passed away on April 1, 2015.
She is survived by three children, Julie Anne Steckel (Paul), Nancy Cardy (Michael) and John White (Charlene); and three grandchildren, Elizabeth and Andrew Cardy, and Leslie White.
White was born in Mexico City, Mexico, the daughter of George and Victoria Wilkins. She met her husband, Robert Arthur, in California. They were married in 1953 and remained a loving couple for 58 years until Robert’s death in 2011.
White was the right hand to her husband as he served General Motors Corporation in several countries around the world including Venezuela, France, Germany, England, South Africa and the United States.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at Holy Cross Church, Vero Beach on Thursday, April 9, at 10 a.m. Contributions in Mrs. White’s memory may be made to VNA & Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
