John Buffa, 91, of Sebastian, passed away on Feb. 28, 2015, at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
He is survived by his wife Shirlay Stevens-Buffa of Sebastian; children Carl Buffa, Rose Rhodes, and John Buffa, all from Michigan, and son Ronald (Deanna) Buffa of Sebastian; Step-daughter Linda J Stevens-Edwards (Dennis) of Michigan; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Blanche and Jenny Buffa both from Michigan.
He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Buffa, son Christopher Buffa, step-son Vincent Goulet, and many siblings.
Buffa was a World War II Veteran. He was born to Carmello and Rose Buffa on Feb. 25, 1924 in Detroit, Mich. In his younger years he loved golfing in the summer, and in the winter months his passion was hockey. He loved entertaining his friends and had a passion for dancing. He will be greatly missed.
