INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office in conjunction with Dyer Chevrolet and the Exchange Club of Indian River are excited to announce a car seat safety and installation event.
This event will be held Saturday, Jan. 17, from 12 to 2:30 p.m. at Dyer Chevrolet, located at 1000 US 1 in Vero Beach. Deputies will be on hand to inspect and install car seats. Dyer Chevrolet will offer free catered barbeque for attendees. The event is open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend.
Indian River County Sheriff Deryl Loar said, “We know that some may have received new or upgraded car seats over the holidays and wanted to offer an event for those who may not have time to come by our office during the work week. Dyer Chevrolet and the Exchange Club of Indian River have graciously partnered with us to help make this event happen.”
