Eric Warren Deffendall, 42, of Vero Beach, passed away unexpectedly on Oct. 19, 2014, in Vero Beach.
He is survived by his son Evan Warren Deffendall; father, Rex Deffendall; mother, Dixie Deffendall; and sister, Jill Holder.
Deffendall was born in Fort Pierce and lived in Vero Beach for 28 years coming from his birth place. He attended Vero Beach High School. Deffendall owned and operated ETS Trucking of Vero Beach. He was also an avid hunter and racecar driver.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014, at Strunk Funeral Home, Vero Beach. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. at Strunk Funeral Home.
