Anthony Carrano, 59, of Vero Beach, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Aug. 1, 2014, after battling cancer for six months.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Carrano; son, Shaun Bratsenis; two daughters, Dodie Ledford and Melanie Bratsenis; five grandchildren, Brandon, Ryan, Laura-Nicole and Tyler; three great- grandchildren, Kayleigh, Jacelyn and Aaliyah.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Neil and Tess Carrano, a brother, Neil Carrano, Jr. and a great grandson, Jaiden.
He had lived in Norwalk, Conn., and moved to Vero Beach 19 years ago.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, Aug. 9, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home, 1950 20th Street, Vero Beach. Condolences may be shared at www.coxgiffordseawinds.com.
