Thelma Lorraine Minnard, 96, of Vero Beach, passed away on July 17, 2014.
She is survived by her daughters, Michele Wouters and Lorraine Bourgeois; sisters, Frances Edgett and Eleanor Brisson; two grandchildren, Maurice Bourgeois, III and Ashley (Thomas) Hinkle; three great-grandchildren, Savannah, Connor and Lucas Hinkle.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Minnard.
Minnard was born in Utica, N.Y. and moved to Vero Beach in 1979. She was a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. She loved playing golf and bowling. She was a very loving mother and Nana.
